AFTER-SALES SERVICE

KINGLUMEN provides limited warranty under the hereby stated terms and conditions.

Warranty Terms

All LED lighting products which from KINGLUMEN are with limited warranty from the date of purchase.

1. Customers who purchase the LED lighting products directly from KINGLUMEN or through authorized distributors of KINGLUMEN.
2. The warranty applies if any of the following occurs:
a. Failure of function with no external factors.
b. LED flickering.
3. KINGLUMEN liability under the limited warranty:
a. Within the warranty period, KINGLUMEN provides free repairing service. If the certain item can not be repaired, KINGLUMEN will offer the new one for replacement at no extra cost. In case the model is suspended, KINGLUMEN will replace the item with similar grade and pricing ones.
b. Within the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by KINGLUMEN free of charge.

Mark: 

1.  The products shall be used under normal condition or used as instructions recommended in the manual.
2.  The products carry their own warranties and should be considered before returning any products.

Return Policy

1.  KINGLUMEN will replace or repair defective ASAP upon our approved inspection of the returned products.
2.  Exclusions – This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
a. Problems caused by improper operation of the buyer, including damages of light source and driver caused by unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence, and not installed or maintained according to manual or specification indicated.
b. Goods dismantled or modified without approval from KINGLUMEN. Goods replaced with parts that do not come from KINGLUMEN.
c. Loss of KINGLUMEN’s serial number on the products.
d. Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without KINGLUMEN’s approval.
e. Force Majeure and other act of God.

Return Procedure

To obtain approval of product return to KINGLUMEN, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:
A. Email the detailed information to sales who you contact. It should include the invoice number, defective products quantity and items, the testing report of defective products or proof photos.
B. KINGLUMEN analyze defective reasons preliminarily according to the defective information provided by customer.
C. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory.
Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory. Once product is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the product within 15 working days.
Notice: Any return without authorization of KINGLUMEN will not be accepted.
Verification of defective goods: Customers must provide the series number, clear pictures or videos to prove that such defects existing.
